Made with chickpea, white beans, carrot, cabbage, nutritional yeast, coconut flour, baking powder, turmeric, Himalayan salt, flaxseed, and Xanthan Gum, Eden Joy’s Chickpea Omelette is delicious, healthy, and very easy to make. Just mix 3 tablespoons of the omelette mix to ½ cup of water or any nut milk. Pour into a greased skillet. Cook on both sides for about 1-2 mins and voila! For a more filling omelette add vegetables. Breakfast just got a bit healthier!
